Dear Newport Business Owners,
We are excited to be celebrating the 7th year of the Creative Arts Trail, part of the Totem Arts Festival.
The two-week festival includes exhibitions, creative workshops, interactive family art events live music and performing arts.
The Totem Arts Festival will further promote Newport as a cultural destination, bringing a larger sector of the public to our business precinct.
This year’s event will also showcase performance and installation artists, which will energise the village and enhance the sculpture trail with additional creative events.
This year we are offering businesses 3 opportunities to engage with the festival:
The 2019 Creative Arts Trail runs from Friday 29th November till Sunday 15th December
Businesses can choose multiple sculptures and/or paintings for a single fee of $75 per business.
Participation in the trail must be confirmed by Thursday 31st October (to allow for printing).
The Great Northern Beaches Art Race – Sunday 8th December
Be part of the excitement – sponsor a race location and have a competitor painting against the clock at your venue.
$25 per business and must be confirmed by Thursday 31st October (to allow for printing).
<20>60 – The Inter-generational Art Prize – Sat 30th Nov – Sunday 1st Dec
Naming rights available for the major sponsor
Prizes of goods or services are invited for Best of Category Awards
As a participating business you will receive:
- Promotion of your business on our website and social media with cross promotion linking back to your business website and/or social media pages
- Enhanced online/mobile and printed trail maps
- Full social media and press support for the duration of the festival
- Guided artist’s walking tour of the Trail
- Participating businesses will be clearly identified with bright window posters
